Question about Zoning Lookup

Is there a way to lookup zoning in Texas? (Katy, TX specifically) - Maybe online and view as a map?

We are/were looking for a commercial lease but location must have a kitchen so then we thought buying a single home may be better.

The zoning is through the local government, so I would just look online at your local municipality's website under planning and zoning and see if there's a zoning map. There usually is. Otherwise, like @Account Closed said, you can just call up the planning and zoning department for a quick answer.
