Hey Guys! 

I was just curious about the cap rates and ROI's for a small office building/retail building VS multifamily residences. Is the cash flow potential higher with office/retail?

Wasn't able to find too much info about this on BP, but maybe I was not looking enough. Is there a book anyone can recommend on this type of investment? I would like to learn more about it.
