Investing in transitional housing- How to?

Good evening, it has been put on my heart lately to open a transitional housing unit for recovering addicts. This will be available for men specifically as they have been called to lead in the household and families are suffering at growing rates due to their lack of leadership. I am not necessarily interested in providing medical care, at least at first, because of the risk. I simply would like to purchase a large piece of property and rent the rooms out to men in recovery. I have heard of grants out there but every site that I have searched is trying to charge me to get my name in their system. I own a home and a car, and have more student loan debt than I know what to do with, so the funding is a must. I have just downloaded this app tonight, and hope to hear some.great feedback! God bless!
