Hello My name is Mike I am an extremely focused and determined Real estate investor in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts market. I am in the process of closing on my 3rd multi family residential property but I am already gearing up for my next real estate deal. Moving forward my strategy of buy and hold properties will continue but I will now be diving into purchasing commercial apartment buildings. I have done much research and have become consumed with investing in commercial properties and I am aware of the pros and cons. I am reaching out to any like minded individuals in the New England market that have the mind set of building a massive portfolio and to have financial freedom.

If anyone would like to chat feel free to message me

Anthony thank you for that information I greatly appreciate it.

Mike Hurney I assume when you say Multis you are referring to residential multis and I do not think that is a bad strategy at all. I just believe in minimizing the amount of structures to maintain over a long period of time. With me being a Buy and hold investor in it for the long term I want to maximize the amount of rental income with out having the burden of repairing to many roofs, foundations, sidings, ect... the more under one roof the better.

But that's just my belief ;)
