Starting Commercial Real Estate Investment Group

Hi BP'ers, My partner & I are looking to start a commercial real estate investment group. We own several residential properties, and are looking to get into the commercial RE apartment building space in a major way. We realize pooling our money with other investors will increase our purchasing power.

The problem is, we don't know where to start? Legal forms? How to structure the deals? If someone could point us in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Dedric Polite, investing with other people's money is a whole new business.  In fact, there is a great book you should read by Gene Trowbridge, titled appropriately, It's a Whole New Business.  That's a great place to start.
