co-star
Dear fellow members,
I just joined bigger pockets. I have been a realtor /investor for sometime now mainly do residential transactions / investments.
I recently met a client who is looking to invest in commercial property hotel/motel and wants co-star listings emailed to him. I already have a signed contract with him. Now my dilemma is that my broker doesn't have co-star and for me to be a member is very expensive. The markets he is looking for may cost me close to 18K per year. I don't think its worth the investment for one deal and his timeframe could be 6 to 18 months.
I suggested loopnet and listings from other websites but he is adamant on co-star listings. He likes their comps and other data. Any similar experiences / suggestions that some of you could offer? Thanks..
