Interested to acquire independent hotel/serviced apartment building and/or a chain of hotels/serviced apartments of more than 100 rooms onwards.
Acquisition can be completed building or under-construction but the vendor has to complete the construction to hand over to
the purchaser or land but the vendor has to build for the purchaser and purchaser pays for the construction cost.
Price must be reasonable market value depend on the condition of the building and to achieve a certain percentage of yield between 4% to 8%.
