CCIM Designation

Hello!

I am looking to see if there is anybody interested to start working towards CCIM designation, I will have to take classes online since they are not taught in New Jersey.

I am looking to start in April. Would be nice to find a study-buddy :)

Thank you so much for your descriptive reply! I did look up classes available in the area - closest are in PA; they will have in May, will do my best to make it to that one.

In regards to CFA.. i was considering to do it as well, but decided to hold off on it and gave preference to CCIM. If you decide to go for CFA  - let me know, i can mail you Level 1 :) one condition - you gotta take it :)
