Need commercial financing

Hey everybody. Can anyone recommend a commercial loan broker in southern CA? I'm trying to find someone with experience in locating loans for large apartment buildings. I found some direct lenders, but I'd really prefer someone who has access to many sources, like national and local lenders, conduits, etc. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
