Agents' Commissions

Hi,

I'm so new to commercial real estate- listing my property for lease without any agent.

If a company (future tenant- represented by an agent) leases my commercial property, how much commission does the tenant's agent get?

And if I have an agent representing me (landlord)- do my agent and the tenant's agent have to split the commission?

In my case, I don't have an agent- do I just give half to the tenant's agent?
