Tool that Shows Chain of Ownership and Sales?

Hello - 

Does anyone know of a tool that shows chain of ownership and sales for Commercial properties?

The county assessor's site usually shows deed and sales history.  It will also show the parcel #.

With the parcel number you should be able to search recorded docs, also on the county website.  Commercial or residential.  Just need the parcel #. 

If owned with an entity the secretary of state should have a company search so you can see who the principals,  members, governors are if you need those.
