Tesla Supercharger Rates

I was approached by Tesla to install Superchargers on my property.  I was wondering if anyone knows the market rate for charging stations to rent space in a parking lot?  We are located in North Jersey near NYC.

They used to have a spreadsheet online circa 2016 how much they would pay. You might be able to find it. If you have other opportunities on the property you can definitely make some great cash. ( convenience store, vending machines, coffee )
