Any investor friendly realtors/PM's in Birmingham?

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has any positive recommendations for investor friendly realtors and property managers in Birmingham, AL? Not looking for a turnkey provider as we already work with a couple of good ones in the area. Hoping to find someone that helps investors find some houses in need of some work, and then PM's that will help manage the properties for out of town/out of country investors. Any recommendations would be appreciated!
