Anyone have experience with RREAF Holdings?

Anyone done business with RREAF Holdings? They are a private equity firm putting together syndication deals. Just trying to find some history of what they’ve done and how they’ve performed from an unbiased third party. Thanks!

As you can see, I have had no responses from anyone on BP. I did my own due diligence on the firm and based upon that was comfortable investing a small amount into a deal to try them out. I’ll let you know how it turns out in 7 years!😂

Rreaf is the worst investment I have ever made. They were horrible to deal with. The accounting was very dubious, always late with reports, never received distributions, they mismanaged the assets. It was horrible. Stay away!

Their projected returns look too good to be true but I'm not familiar with them. Any additional feedback on their performance would be great. Thanks.

Very questionable accounting practices. Always late on reports and financials. Stay away. My one investment lost money over 5 years, never received any rent disbursement. Always excuses and I could never talk to the asset manager.

Yes, I went in to my investment knowing that their projections were liberal. As expected, the returns have been below projections, but only by a small amount. I’m only one year in though.

I have not had this same problem. Only one year in but thus far they have been very timely with reports and financials. While slightly below projections, disbursements have been on time.

@Sean Barber which investment do you have? I have Sunbelt 12 and Transcoastal.

I’m in transcoastal. They have now missed a distribution and had one far below projections. However, it’s a difficult economic time and I still believe in the portfolio. We’ll see how they do as operators. TBD…

I have invested in several (3 to be precise), except a single deal which they screwed up returns after nearly three years of mis-management. None of the two other deals performed anywhere near projections. I have very little hope on what principal will be paid back if that day ever comes!

@Suresh Chinta what are you in? I'm in Transcoastal, which seems to have the best interest rate locked in. I'm also in Sunbelt 12 which hasn't distributed in over a year, and also Beachside which has never distributed.

Having some issues myself with a couple others. Have you had any distributions from Beachside? And were you an original investor in it?
So if the 3 only one has distributed any payouts?
