Owner Financing Loan Servicing

I am going to sell a property and plan to carry about $100K in seller financing. I've never done this before and have some questions.
Do they assist me with the documents and process for the loan?

How much is the loan servicing cost?

How can it be structured for maximum value on the secondary market?

Does anybody have a company they have used and like?

Thank You

@Chad U. probably has some company names.
You’ll need a local attorney/title company to draft your loan docs/mtg.
I think the servicing is around $40/mo.

You'll take a big hit on selling it quickly, seasoning and the down payment/LTV will make a big difference.
