Hello all,

I've been enjoying all the wealth of information on this site. This summer i attempted to buy my first investment property. My market is in Rochester, NY. I get occasional emails from the agent i was working with, showing multifamily properties that are available. So far they are all in "bad" areas. I get the feeling that all the good ones have been snatched up. Rochester is not a big city. What next?
