Hi BP Members,

I am trying to find an appraisal report for an upcoming rehab project I will have in the Cape Coral area. I'd like to take a look at one in order to get a better idea of the exact components appraisers may be valuing in this specific market. Does anyone have an existing appraisal report they would be willing to share for a project in Cape Coral or the surrounding area?
