We are pumped for the 2nd meetup in the Scranton Real Estate Investors Meetup!

We have two really awesome speakers.

We will do a real case study of a successful Scranton investment. This isn't HGTV, make stuff up crap. Real #s, real experience, and some awesome teaching points.

Then, we will have John Cicilioni talk about how he went from 0-100 units under ownership. Cool story!

We welcome seasoned investors, 1 or 2 unit investors, and even the "I want to learn more about rentals" investor. We can all learn from each other, motivate each other, and even invest together.

No cost to join in the fun. Please register so we have a good head count. Plus 1st drink is on the house ;)

Most of all, let's have fun. You won't find this motivation in books or online. We love to drink and meet new people.

Will be hosted at the Happy Valley Sports Bar. 6-7 will be some fun networking, content will kick off at 7. Feel free to come whenever!
