Buying my first flip with hard money

Hello all!

I’m currently crafting an offer for my first off market deal. I had a question about financing out of the hard money loan. The type of rehab I’m planning to do is very light 1-1.5 months. When I refi out of the hard money loan. Will I have to wait 6 months to refi to a conventional loan? If so, are their any other work around to avoid this? What are your suggestions. Additionally, any flipping advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
