Finally have some decent cash to invest. Tips? Cleveland, OH
Hey everyone, I’m new here. I just flipped a house I paid next to nothing for, and doing a cash out refinance on my first property. I should have about $60k to reinvest. I also just quit my job and became a self employed contractor / carpenter. My lawyer told me I should be able to get a business loan but I know next to nothing about them. I currently have two mortgages but couldn’t get another one now obviously. I’d love to buy a 4plex or something similar here in Cleveland if that was a possibility. Any suggestions on how to reinvest? Wait for the market to crash? I plan on holding long term. Any advice would be appreciated.
Anyone looking to chat or network feel free to send me a message. I am a finish carpenter specializing in high end and custom work, but just getting started as an independent contractor, so I am open to considering any type of work. Cheers!
