Montgomery, Alabama investor lending?

Hello everyone,

My wife and I are looking at putting in an offer on a home in Montgomery, Alabama for a rental. We live in Utah, does anyone know of any investor friendly financial institutions around Montgomery or just in general that are investor friendly. I do not like the big mortgage institutions.
