Looking for lenders/loan brokers

Hello, We are partnering up on a 34 unit deal. We are looking to set up an LLC and do a JV. We have most of the down payment committed from our investor group who will also be part of the LLC. Having trouble as our local lender has not done this kind of loan and backed out. Reaching out on BP to see if any brokers out there want to help find financing.
