Investing in western Arkansas
As you all know flipping in California is challenging now, and landording here is not for me. I have a trustworthy friend who's moving to sallisaw ok. Fayateville & ft Smith intrigue me. I'm going to visit there in the future and am doing my homework. Any input from locals is greatly appreciated. Probably flip & some hold. I'm also open to buying a business/working ranch or? TIA
