Are there really multifamily buyers (principles) out there on BP?

I don't scan the forums as much as I used to, but I do see a few posts when they hit my keyword search, or someone will tag me, etc.

It really seems that everything I stumble on are people looking to start. Or trying to BRRR. Or looking for advice on wholesaling. And if someone has the 'real estate bug', it's likely their first stop is BP.

BUT...  Are there actual a decent number multifamily owners on this site?

I don't want to gatekeep what a 'multifamily owner' is but for the sake of this discussion I mean as an actual principle owner (not syndicator or investor in a group that all pitched in).  Someone that, on their own, looks for multifamily properties to buy using their own money (+ bank financing obviously)

I know that "Swanny" guy (from San Diego, teacher, sold his condos, bought in Ohio or something) is a multifamily guy but he's the only one I can think of off the top of my head.  And I'll throw Kevin Wood into the mix even though he syndicates :)

So if you own some multifamily (for the hell of it lets say 25+ doors), let me know.  I'd love to be able to network with some others who are involved in this space.

I own commercial/industrial, multifamily and self storage properties, some I own myself, some JV and some syndicated. Total over 500+ units. The best part about REI are the multiple avenues it offers.
