Hello everyone,

I just went on a vacation to Biloxi MS and really liked the area. I also found a lot of properties that were begging to have the BRRRR method used on them. Does anyone have any experience in that area of the world or purchasing houses in areas that get hurricanes?

Thank you!

I've been investing in Biloxi for the past few years. We get nervous around hurricane season. But we save up funds and prepare for the worst. My investors and I have been pretty lucky for the past few years.  We have to repair the roofs and occasionally down tress. There is a lot of opportunities and we're trying to expand our portfolio.
