LTR/STR in Oklahoma City unnder $250k

Hello All,

Which neighborhoods in Oklahoma City at best for Airbnb and also Long term rentals? I am in process of looking for a second home. My primary is in Nashville and the city has awful restrictions on Airbnb. I will be 4 months a year in OKC and then the rest in Nashville. I can work from Anywhere!! I like to be walking distance or less than $10 uber ride to all the bars and restaurants. That's my second home requirements and works well for Airbnb

Please feel free to message me or help me understand the neighborhoods. I intend to invest heavily in STR going forward. So any other cities you recommend I love to check it out. For me Smokies, Beach homes, Mountains...the traditional vacation homes are out of question. I don't like to live on those kind of places for 4 to 5 months a year. What works for me is a proper city with fun night life and less than $250k
