Fixer Upper in Westerville area?

Hi everyone, I hope to move into a primary residence in the next couple of months! I was wondering if anyone in the central Ohio area knew anything about the Westerville area. I don't know much about Ohio's market besides that Westerville is an A class neighborhood. My question is does anyone think its possible to find a home in Westerville that could use a little work in the 150k range. I know that is a very broad question but honestly any insight into that market would be very helpful! I appreciate any responses and Happy Easter:)

 Your best bet would be talking to a Realtor in Columbus, Ohio about your options.
