I'm new to BP and also new in Real Estate investment. I live in San Francisco, CA but would like to know more about properties market of Cincinnati.

I just purchased 2 properties (duplex and 4-plex) for cash about 2 month ago in Cincinnati and like to cash out refi. I am in NY. Anyone know of any lenders/brokers that works with out of state owners?

@ Adam Curry, I spoke to a couple of lenders that "says" they would do the deals. Nothing confirmed yet though. Do you have a contact that works with out of state investors ?
