Hello I’m a new investor living in Memphis Tn. Can anyone recommend a lender in the area that offers products for rehab and hold properties? My credit is good and I’m looking to use equity that’s in my main residence as a down payment for a buy and hold property? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
