First time out of state investor based in Central California
I am an investor In Central California. I currently have 9 doors and looking to buy my first out of state deal and then buy 10 more out of state!haha
I'm open to any market, my main goal is cashflow! I would like to get a 4plex, maybe a triplex. Cashflowing anywhere from 250-350 a door. Purchase price 100k-200k. Looking for realtors, contractors that can help make this dream a reality!
