Buyer's Repair List
We completed our second rehab and luckily we got a buyer under contract in day #3 for around $10,000 or so over list price. The buyer is a first time home buyer and he just had his inspection done. He came back with a list of like 20 items to be repaired on the house. Some are justified like insulation in the attic and some are just ridiculous like putting gutters on a shed. How do you normally handle these repair lists? He is a first time buyer and I would love to make him feel totally comfortable with the process but I can't bend over backwards but so much for this deal. We had 2 other offers over list so we aren't in a situation where it has been sitting for awhile. What's your advice when it comes to buyer's repair lists?
**Sorry title should say Buyer's Repair List
