Is anyone actually selling into this low inventory market?

There is so much discussion lately regarding what markets buyers can look at for cash flow, how competitive the housing market is in general, whether housing is at a peak, super-low inventory everywhere, people unable to find deals, folks wondering why others are buying (apparently) cash flow negative investments, and so on.

I'm wondering if anyone is actually selling into this low inventory market?  And interested in thoughts on why or why not?  Are investors not selling / taking profits because they aren't sure where to reinvest?  Is the cash flow too good?  Fear of inflation?

With inventory at/near all time lows in the markets we're invested and stories of multiple offers on just about everything, I'm wondering if the "market signals" are telling me that I should be thinking about selling, not buying more.
