Home title theft a real concern?

Is home title theft a concern for home owners nowadays?  Is it really that easy for people to steal your home title online?

I just saw an informercial advertising HOME TITLE LOCK service.

I guess this shouldn't be a big concern for homes that carry a mortgage, but what about homes that are owned outright, worth subscribing for the service?
