Hoarders next door to investment property

Hello! I've been looking at an investment property (I'll live in the home first for around 2 years and rehab it a long the way), however, super dirty people live in the house next door. They appear to be borderline hoarders. Every other house in the neighborhood is great, and it's a good neighborhood for renting. However, I feel that when we do go to rent it out, renters might hesitate after seeing that house.... It's been on the market a while too and doesn't have any major issues (newer roof, windows, etc.). Just needs cosmetic updates.

Is it worth the risk? Or should I avoid dirty neighbors??
