Big Bear California Realtor Needed!

Hi Everyone, my name is Gerardo and I'm a Real Estate newbie. I've been reading BP books and listening to BP podcasts, for some time now, and I'm at a point where I am excited and ready to take action. I've recently teamed up with a group and we are ready to go after our first deal as a group, in the Big Bear California area. Would anyone be willing to recommend a reliable/trustworthy Realtor that is familiar with the Big Bear Area and is investor-friendly? Thanks in advance for any recommendations and/or advice.
