Anyone have a title co. that can do this (property is in Richland County)?

I had to explain to the title company that i was using and they finally understood what I was trying to do. Chicago title company should know. Southern title of southern Ohio, Richland title security Inc. as well Chicago title agency of north Ohio Inc.
