Where To Buy Real Estate 2021

I’m ready to buy a property. Either a single family or multi family property. I figure I’ll either rent it out or live in it, or both. I have the luxury to buy anywhere in the U.S. Like everyone else, I want to buy into a growing community that will do well over the next 2-5 years.

What markets should I be looking into buying in 2021?
