Local bank vs big bank Centeral NJ

I have a handful of single family rentals and Im thinking of refinancing.  I dont mind the service that im getting today with Mr cooper and other big banks, but wondering if i may get better attention and financing options through a regional bank.  Does anyone know of a smaller bank in central NJ that would create a better business relationship with me?
