Anyone using Launch Control?

I have just signed up for Launch Control and its getting frustrating.  There are no simple instructions on how to simply skip trace someone's info. I've uploaded the template (well, it says it is for 15 minutes), but nothing ever happens.  Does anyone have tips or suggestions? Thanks for any help. Andrew
