Looking to buy my first property

I have been looking to buy my first property.  The states I am interested in are New Jersey,  Ohio, and maybe Milwaluake Wisconsin.  I plan on using a Fha rehab or 203 k loan.  I specifically want to buy a distressed property to start my brrrr process. Any help is appreciated.  I need to get pre-approved also.
