HOUSE WITH NO DEED OR TITLE TO BE MOVED

My God parents gave me a home on pier and beam, told me I could sell or keep. There is no deed (as the deed is for property that home is sitting on, he said hire movers and take it. If I sell, can it how would I write up sale for this situation?  And will movers be willing to move as long as I have consent from property owner - my God Parents?
