Hey BP!

I am a Real Estate Agent, Investor and wholesaler in TX. Over the last two years I've spread my wings to other states regarding Investing and wholesaling and recently acquired a property in Chattanooga (37404) that I'd like to assign.

Can anyone point me towards social media groups/forums that would be good to learn the areas (the good, bad, and ugly) and put me around fellow investors, cash buyers, and wholesalers (other than the legendary BP)?
