Buying Property that is in Ch. 7 Bankruptcy

Hello, I am about to offer on a property that is going through Chapter 7 bankruptcy located in Illinois. I understand that any offer had to be approved by a bankruptcy court. My question for people with experience purchasing properties in Bankruptcy is, is there a rule of thumb for how much needs to be offered to get approved? Does it simply need to satisfy any liens or mortgages? Or does the offer have to be close enough to the list price for it to get approved? I am having a hard time with knowing where to start my offer.

Thank you,

Bradt
