Advice on wholesaling

Hi everyone,

I have recently been introduced to wholesaling and I was wondering if anyone could share some advice on how to do it successfully. What are the most important things to know before getting into this? How are people finding motivated sellers? How are people building their buyers list and connecting with those buyers? What software have you found to be the most beneficial? My ultimate goal is to have buy and holds using the BRRRR strategy and even get into flips, but I figured this would be a good way to network, get some capital, and help bring value to both buyers and sellers.

I currently live in Massachusetts. Would love to connect with any and all investors! Thank you in advance.

- Jon

@JoshCaldwell thank you for that information. Makes it a lot easier to understand how you put it! I will keep that in mind.
