TurnKey Wisdom - how to evaluate?

Mitchel Schwindt
Posted

Our small city is crushed with influx due to Covid.  $333+/sqft on avg.  Looking for out of state TurnKey opportunity but unsure how to vet or evaluate companies/opportunities.  Any good/bad experiences with specific companies or groups appreciated.

Cheer.

@Mitchel Schwindt

I had a good experience with @Zach Lemaster over at Rent to Retirement. They've been a great resource in getting my buy and hold portfolio set up. They can provide what you're looking for and are highly reviewed.
