Find Deals - Find Foreclosures
Hi,
In the Bigger Pockets foreclosure site there are a lot of properties listed as "Status: Inactive". How would you go about contacting someone to see if the property may still be for sale? Is this what a wholesaler could do for you?

You can contact them yourself, look up the address on the County Records. Yes a wholesaler might do this more efficiently and have a better contact-to-close ratio than you, but only because of more TTP (talk to people) attempts - if you can get over the analysis paralysis and dial the phone you can get the experience as well, eventually a deal will come through. then you just need to be able to close it
