1 Deal, 3 States. How do I make this happen?
I am trying to purchase a property in Florida. The seller lives in Virginia ,and I live in California. This is likely going to be a cash deal.
Which state contract law should I be following here? The state of the seller? Of the deal? Of me? Or all three?

David, you’ll want to get a real estate attorney in Florida. Each state has very specific rules for the transfer of property and what documentation needs to be completed.
