Austin Condo Regime- B Units

This post is specific to lots that are over 5750 sqft. and that has an existing structure less than 1100 sqft. in Travis County, Austin, TX.

Is it possible to classify the existing structure as the B unit in an A/B condo regime? This would allow us to build a new house as the primary house and simply keep and renovate the current home.
