Looking for a Contractor in the Philadelphia Area

I am a first time home buyer looking to do a 203k rehab and live in the Philadelphia area. I was wondering first, if anyone had any advice for me or any tips that could help the process go smoother. And secondly, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with any licensed, reliable contractors in the city? Any help would be really appreciated! Thank you!
