Trump vs. the Affordable Housing Rules (what does it mean)

None of this post should be focused on "POLITICS" or "who is right and who is wrong." 

Below is only to discuss what it means for real estate investors. 

Trump just struck down a rule from the end of the Obama years --- the Affirmatively Furthering Affordable Housing Rule. 

He then posted this. 

Politics aside, I'm assuming this is a re-election tactic more than anything...

But curious about your thoughts: 

1) Do any experts on here understand what the AFAH rule was? Did you ever encounter it? 

2) If say Biden wins and brings this back, what does it mean for your farm area for investing?
